Terms of Service
Effective date: 19 August 2026. These terms explain how you may use the Product & Growth Partners website, articles, contact flows, and Ask David assistant. By using the website, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.
Use of the website
The website provides information about product strategy, product leadership, advisory work, articles, case studies, and ways to contact Product & Growth Partners. The content is provided for general professional and informational purposes.
Ask David
Ask David is an AI-assisted chatbot designed to answer questions using available context, product experience, and a curated knowledge corpus. It may ask for additional context or contact details before answering certain questions, including questions about pricing, fees, or estimated engagement models.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or Ask David. Prohibited use includes:
- attempting to bypass Ask David limits, safety controls, pricing gates, contact requirements, or human verification
- scraping, copying, extracting, or reconstructing the Ask David corpus, prompts, system behavior, or underlying data
- sending spam, automated high-volume requests, malicious prompts, prompt-injection attempts, or security probes
- submitting unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, confidential, or sensitive personal data that is not needed for the interaction
- using the website or Ask David to infringe third-party rights or generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
AI-generated and AI-assisted content
Ask David uses generative AI models to produce responses. Some website copy, images, article visuals, or supporting materials may also be generated, edited, or assisted by AI tools. Where applicable, content is reviewed with human editorial judgment, but it may still contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information.
No professional advice
Website content and Ask David responses do not constitute legal, financial, employment, security, or other regulated professional advice. Product, strategy, pricing, and implementation suggestions should be treated as informational context and validated before making decisions that affect your business.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every answer, article, estimate, or page will be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Ask David may refuse to answer when there is not enough context, when the question is outside scope, or when answering would conflict with service rules.
